Bought wrong version

I usually use the Desktop version of Turbo Tax Deluxe. I transferred info from my W2 and got to the end, and paid $54 (USD) to e file.  Then I wanted to choose 'File by Mail' It kept looping me back to paying $59 to e file the state return, when I realized I was using the Online version.   I then bought the Desktop version and transferred all data from Online to Desktop Deluxe.  But now I've paid twice.  I would like a refund for the Online version.  How do I request a refund for the Online version?
