Is one of the W-2s marked "corrected"? If so, use the box 12 entries from the corrected W-2 and ignore the box 12 entries on the other W-2.
If neither W-2 is marked corrected, you should ask the employer to explain why you got two W-2s with different amounts, and which one is correct.
