Perhaps your mailing address under My Info has incorrectly been selected as something other than a US address.
- Click on My Info down the left side of the screen.
- Click on Edit to the right of Mailing address.
- Make sure that US address is selected under Type of mailing address.
If this does not clear your error, check the mailing address for your W-2's.
- Click on Federal down the left side of the screen.
- Click on Wages & Income down the left side of the screen.
- Click Edit / Add to the right of Job (W-2).
- Click Edit to the right of the W-2.
- Make sure that Address type is US address.
