To complicate things, since there were several errors in the software that I could not correct, I started a new return. After I submitted that return, I went back in, and the software somehow cleared all the previous errors and submitted the return again, without my approval or submission.
So, now I have 2 submitted returns to the IRS and State. SMH
How am I supposed to correct the duplicate submission?
