I bit the bullet and upgraded so I could add the $487. It went from free to about $90 with the state. This is after calling customer service and got a 20% off service code. The MN frontline worker pay doesn't seem as good now.
Seems super high just to add and calculate a few line of amount.
I was very tempted to go elsewhere like freetax.
