Where do I file a complaint about the turbo tax "support" representative?

I called support regarding a HSA contribution. She asked if I am using online or disc. I explained I bought the disc and then it suggested I upgrade, so I upgraded to Premier online. She laughed and said I couldn't do both and repeated the question. I tried to explain again, and she cut me off and said, "how can I help?'.  She was very condescending, so I said I would call someone else. This is the first time I ever had to call support in the many years I have used Turbo Tax and it was a negative enough experience that I may switch next year.
