I didn't file 2021 yet, because when I tried to e-file originally, it kept saying the AGI was incorrect even though I was using the exact number that I e-filed for 2020. Regardless, I would like to send in the 2021 taxes and get the refund, but turbotax is saying I need to download the software and I have to pay for it?
The issue is that I paid for the premier version, why do I have to pay again? Is this user error or am I missing something? Any guidance will be appreciated, thanks in advance.
Side note, before you waste time typing it out: I understand that when I try to e-file 2022, I know I can try and put the AGI at 0. If that doesn't work, I'll have to mail it in, I get that.
