I just spent close to 1.5 hours on the phone trying to figure out a major glitch on your end with my VA taxes. At the end of my 1.5 hour phone call all that I received was a losy discount code and absolutely no assistance with a glaringly huge issue on Intuit's end. This is absolutely disappointing. How has this issue not been resolved yet, especially if dozens of questions have been asked about it.
I cleared my history, I restarted my computer, I used a different web browser, I deleted and filled out a federal form, twice, and nothing has helped. Why has this issue not been resolved?
For those in VA with the same issue, what online program did you use because TurboTax will not be receiving any of my money. A discount code and I still would have to pay well over $80 and my taxes wouldn't be correct.
