I have TurboTax basic or 2022 downloaded from the TurboTax website onto my windows 10 computer. I made an error in my Arizona tax return by omitting one estimated tax payment I have made and failing to include a $800 tax credit for Arizona charitable contribution. The form for this is Arizona form 321. I have spent 6 hours with 3 different non-CPA TurboTax representatives who were unable to help me create an “amended” tax form, which is a different form for Arizona than the original. I think part of the problem was their unfamiliarity with Arizona taxes. In any event, I should not have gone to that source. The rep needs to understand both the TT software and the tax rules for the state of Arizona. Which paid TT support option will best help me resolve that problem.
