That was the problem. TT considered it a business because of the 2 years of payments. I removed the 2021 box and everything populated correctly. Poorly designed query and bad assumptions on TT's part.
The Less Common Income route would work, but it requires ignoring the 1099-MISC. I searched 'executor' and TT didn't show me that section.
