Can I file e-file through turbotax and mail form 8846 separately because turbotax doesnt support it?

I have to file form 8846, turbotax doesnt support it.  Can I e-file taxes and mail in the form or is it recommended to mail in everything?  That being said, I still don't understand why TurboTax cannot support this form.
