If you have already purchased a downloaded version from Turbo Tax, and you owe taxes, you can opt to make these payments directly to the federal and state governments within TurboTax, via direct debit from your bank account. The only payment you would make to Intuit (Turbo Tax) is for the e-fling if this is not already included in the Turbo Tax version you purchased.
