I had the same problem and it drove me crazy. What I did was go to FORMS and delete the 8915F worksheet and 8915F Form. Somehow that form became part of my return making TTax think I had used it and wanted me to show what I had paid as a diaster relief payment. These Forms 8915 E and F have been a real PITA and I don't know why TTax can't fix the problem. Once I deleted the form and worksheet TTax didn't want anymore diaster relief info.
