Yes. you would add it in the Business Section of TurboTax Home and Business. There is a Personal Section where your add W-2's, interest income, 1099's etc. and a Business Section where you will create you Schedule C. It will say "Tell us about your business and it should help walk you through filling out her Schedule C, which is where you report income for self employment.
