There is an ongoing problem with TurboTax and Missouri e-File:
When you select and complete e-File, and you have taxes due - TurboTax *does* send the information - and your payment - to the state.
It's confusing because TurboTax *also* prints out the "payment due" voucher - which is *not* needed.
What you need to do:
1) Check your TurboTax software to be sure that you did actual e-File your Missouri return. (Instructions are in several posts prior to this one.)
2) Wait for Missouri to take the payment from the bank account you gave for your e-File payment. It'll come after some time!
If, by some weirdness, you get a letter from Missouri saying you didn't pay, then you've got the e-File record in TurboTax to show that you expected it to be paid. So far, though, everyone on this thread has eventually had their payment recorded in Missouri's records.
