Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I need your help.  I am experiencing a similar issue.  The IRS keeps rejecting my return for allegedly attempting to claim a child tax credit for my 17-year-old.  You can see that TurboTax appropriately checked the box for "... this person is NOT a qualifying child ..." and the credit is only $500 instead of $2000 (as it is for my 15-year-old).  What box do I need to check so the IRS will accept the return?  Thank you for your help!
