Are you positive that both returns had "yes" for can be claimed on another's return?
You will have to mail in your tax return in this case, and you will not be able to e-file.
I would check both filed returns of your daughters carefully to make sure if all dependent information was carefully input. If it is determined that one of your daughters accidently claimed themselves as a dependent on their own tax return they will have to file an amended tax return to correct.
