I am having exact same issue. Checked the Tax Return Transcripts and it matches the amount i am entering for "SpousePriorYearAGIAmt". I was using FreeTaxUSA last 3 years and never faced the issue. Just resubmitted with "SpousePriorYearAGIAmt" as 0 based on the previous comments. Hopefully wont get rejected this time.
