If you received a W-2 in 2022, you would follow these steps to enter the W-2:
- Click Wage & Income
- Scroll Down to Wages and Salaries and click show more
- Click Start next to Wages and Salary
- Enter interview questions using the W-2 you received
Some of your SS may be taxable depending on how much income was received. TurboTax can help you determine if and how much is taxable by following these steps:
- Under wage and income, scroll down to Retirement and Social Security and click Show more
- Click Start next to social security (1099-SSA, RRB-1099)
- Answer interview questions
