My tax return is being rejected due to a first time homebuyers loan payment. Except I haven't lived at that address since 2019. I didn't pay this in 2021 because of that.

How do I add that I haven't lived at that address since 2019? I called the IRS and they had no idea. I was able to do this in 2021 and didn't have to pay.
