One additional piece of information that may help. Open up your 2021 tax return in your 2021 turbo tax app. Select FORMS in the upper right corner. You will see a list of forms that you filed with your 2021 taxes. If the form you are looking for is not there, you may need to take additional actions as stated here in other comments.
