Hi. How do I report a bug that I found in the cryptocurrency portion of your software. And more importantly, to me at least, how do I get around it so I can finish up my taxes?
Two problems are going on. First, TT is prompting me to add a value for a Metamask cryptocurrency transaction. When I click on the edit icon to add the value, it throws me back out to the Investments and Savings screen. I originally had five or so Metamask transactions to fix, and it let me fix all of the others except for this one.
Second, for the above problem transaction, it also put the transaction under my Coinbase and NiceHash transactions and is prompting me to fix the value there as well. Coinbase and NiceHash don't even have this cryptocurrency that I'm fighting with, and this transaction in no way touched either my Coinbase nor my NiceHash accounts, so they should not have this transaction. How do I get rid of them? I've tried ignoring these specific transactions, and it prompt me if I'm sure I want to ignore it, and when I do, it just throws me back out to the Investments and Savings screen.
