I bought turbo tax deluxe cd and tried to install the updates, but it kept telling me that it was unsuccessful. I have been using TurboTax for many years and I have never had this happen before, so I kept trying. However, nothing I tried worked. So, now I want to try turbo tax online, but could not remember my user ID or password. I just finally got done setting up an account. Now, I would like to download and install it from your website, but I have never done it before. Is there someone who can help me?
