I incorrectly applied the '23 turbo tax upgrade to the wrong Intuit userid. How can I void that upgrade and reapply it?
This upgrade now is sitting dormant on the wrong account. I had to upgrade the correct account online and had to paid the subscription again. Would like to get a refund for the dormant upgrade.
