The issue with the incorrect FUTA max still persists on my tax return. I had to go into the manual form editing mode, go into Schedule H, and override the $12,000 on Line 20 and Field 3 under Line 23. After that, at least the federal return was accepted. Still waiting on whether NYS will accept it.
