We were sent an email offering 20 percent off of Turbo Deluxe online if we finished filing our taxes, we did and they charged us full price. When we asked for a refund of the difference we were told it is not part of their satisfaction guarantee therefore no refund would be issued. Very disappointing, we will most likely not use turbo tax online next tax season.
