Without knowing more, you should at least prepare a return. You may be entitled to a refund of withholding, or you may owe tax, depending on your filing situation and your wages. If it turns out you get a small refund and you don't want to bother claiming it, or you break even (you owe nothing and the government owes you nothing) then you may not be required to actually file the return. But the best way to actually find out is to at least prepare a return. Using Turbotax online, preparation is free, and you only need to pay when you actually file (and many people qualify for free filing).
