Tried that too. Shut down the computer and started over. Glad to know it's optional. In the forms it did show that I was getting a deduction with the 199A information in, but the error message wouldn't let me submit. The headache wasn't worth it. I think it is a bug in the software - not the first time I've had a problem with this... Thanks
