update . . . when printing completed tax forms, the military form is printed with the details I mentioned below. However, in looking at the TurboTax application, clicking on forms, I do not see the military form or any reference to the it. So I would assume the turbotax application forms tab will be all the forms sent electronically to the IRS. The forms printed, prints out all forms, so looks like maybe a print error bug in the application. Because one would think that what is listed complete in the Turbotax application would be the exact forms printed.
