You can enter the amount in the medical expenses section as Medical Facility Fees.
- Type medical expenses in Search in the upper right
- Click Jump to medical expenses
- Continue until you get to the screen Tell us about anything spent on Medical Facility Fees.
If you itemize your deduction, you can deduct only the part of your medical and dental expenses that exceeds 7.5% of the amount of your adjusted gross income on Form 1040 or 1040-SR, line 11.
