I followed your instruction:
Added line 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and made each of them one line.
Line 20 has CASDIXXX-XXXX-X & CASDIYYY-YYYY-Y
Line 15, tried to put XXXXXXXX & YYYYYYYY, but it only accepts numbers, so the results is: XXXXXXXXYYYYYYYY
The above change can pass TurboTax's check.
Question: I paid more than $1601.60 for CASDI, how can i ask the amount i paid more than $1601.60 back?
