If Box 1 on your W-2 shows the correct total amount of Wages for both employers added together, you can add the lines 15-10 together into one entry in TurboTax.
Use the Federal ID number in Box 15. The total of the two Box 16 amounts for State Wages should equal the amount reported in Box 1.
Or, you can make two separate W-2 entries as suggested above, but you will need to split the Box 1 amount between them.
