I figured it out by trial and error, since I could not get any help from any source. Here's how: In the popup dialog box in TurboTax asking for keychain access, there's a small circle with an "i" in it in the lower left. If you click on that it will open a box for MAC users that will give instructions on how to solve this issue. I was not able to get any help from TurboTax support that explained how to solve the "keychain request" popup that was blocking my use of TurboTax, but this appears have solved the problem.
