I have followed the email you sent me to speak with a specialist.  I gave the automated system, Glenda, my email and support ID # that you issued and Glenda cannot find me????   Glenda insists on sending me down this loop of posts that I have read already read multiple times for the resolution. Yet you have no problem sending me emails daily, so why can't Glenda find me?... Is it a problem for one of your specialists to call me??  My schedule is limited as to when I can devote time to communicate with anyone. The Live Premier package that I paid for allows me to speak with a specialist...that's what I have paid for.  Please contact me so I can correct my taxes...Thank you.
