IRS continually rejects Form 8995

The IRS rejected my return because of an issue related to the Form 8995 Qualified Business Income Carryforward loss from my Schedule C business. I use TurboTax desktop. TurboTax instructed me to update the software, manually enter last year's carryforward loss (from 2021 Form 8995) in the 2022 Form 8995, and then resubmit the return. I did this--twice--and received two more rejections. The entries and calculations on Form 8995 appear to be correct. How do I proceed?
