TT is computing an underpayment penalty even though my total payments (row 33 of form 1040) are more than 90% of my total tax due (row 24). Not sure why.
Is it possible to disable TT from adding the penalty and simply have IRS send you a bill later?
If it matters, my total tax on row 24 this year is less than the total tax last year.
