Get your taxes done using TurboTax

My name is Linda [PII Removed],, I have uysed your  online product to file my taxes... we have tried twice to e-file  2022 taxes,,,twice it returns for error in my Fed EFpin. I entered the new pin on first filing, your program did not accept.  so entered old number it went.. tax returned. for invalid pin *. secont I entered the new pin the system dropped a number -- returned invalid  spouse pin.

Now tell me how I can fix this on my own--- As far as I can see I can not..
