Apparently it's not saying much to assert that TT is the best choice for doing your own taxes. In other years I've been able to get the job done without call the help line. It's great that you can call. After about an hour on the phone with them (no wait time) we discovered a feature (bug) that was not there last year. Was is still there is that TT forgets your data entries when you go back to some pages in order to check your work. It is tedious to go back and forth, repeat information.
