Upon review, you have entered a passive QBI loss carryover from 2021 for your rental that is making a profit.
To remove the erroneous entry you can follow these steps in TurboTax Online:
- Within your return use the magnifying glass icon to search for Schedule E and click the Jump to link that appears in the results
- Click Edit for your property that is reporting a profit for 2022
- On the Here's XXX rental property info screen click Edit for Carryovers, limitations, at-risk info, etc
- Continue to the Did XXX have any passive losses carried over from 2021? screen and delete your QBI carryover loss
