I have clicked on "yes" next to the company I worked for last year. When I get to the income screen, the "update" button is gray. It does not respond when I click on. When I hit "go", it takes me to a blank screen. I have tried typing in "w-2" in the search bar and then "jump to w-2" and then it goes to a blank screen. I tried a few days ago with the same results. I have updated my turbo tax and have rebooted my computer.
