I purchased at Costco the Premier 2022 like I do each year. I went to the sight installturbortax.com and input the license code given. It said that my code was either stolen, already used, there is a problem and to call a number.
Verizon message came on stating the number can not be connected. I have gone on turbotaxhelp.com and all they have is asking which program I want to purchase. I have already spent money on a program I want.
