@stephenhurley No. If you go to IRS Medical Deductions, it states Service Dogs that guide (Guide Dog) or provide a service (Service Dog) for a physical disability is deductible. ESA’s do not qualify as a medical expense, since they are for emotional support vice a physical service (disability).
