I suggest you get a transcript of your return that was filed with the IRS and compare that to the return you see in TurboTax to see what is different. If you find the copy filed is correct, then you can adjust your return in TurboTax to make it agree with that copy before you file your state tax return. Also, you can print out your return showing in TurboTax and make sure it reflects the correct tax information that should be on it. If so, it is probably correct and you can file your state return before the due date if you cannot get your transcript by then. If you find the return that you filed is wrong, you can prepare an amended return in TurboTax to correct it.
It is possible there was an update to your program that resulted in a different calculation that changed your tax after you filed your return. If so, the IRS may change the tax return you filed. In that case, the IRS would notify you of the changes they made and you may not have to do anything further with the return your filed.
