Did you file your federal return twice? Or did you file an amended federal and state return? If you amended the federal return without saving the file, then there is no get back to that return. The original return was changed.
I suggest you make sure that the federal returns have both been processed through the system before doing any thing else with the federal.
You can file the state return separate from the federal. If that return was rejected, did you refile and it is now accepted?
Okay, the only question here is whether you can get back to your original return? No, if you filed an amended return or filed twice. You can see what the IRS has on your 2022 account by requesting an account transcript and a return transcript. Get Your Tax Record
