How do I get the Healthcare hardship exemption for 2018 to apply according to heathcare.gov guidance? TurboTax is doing it wrong.

Healthcare.gov says that you do not need to apply to healthcare.gov for an hardship exemption for 2018. TurboTax still insists on the application approval number be entered. Turbotax is wrong. Fix it NOW!
