I have tried at least eight times to get this matter escalated or fixed by someone via the "screen share" feature, and you know what they always tell me? I have to mail my taxes in. Why would I pay over $300 to mail my taxes in? At that point, I can hire a CPA to do this on my behalf, which I will be doing next year because yall continue to give me the generic response and run around.
