On determining whether my daughter is eligible as a dependent, she is a US citizen but last year was a resident of Canada. What would I select for Citizenship?

Would I select "US citizenship / legal resident" OR resident of Canada or Mexico?  She lived here in the US in 2022 for 5.4 months.  Trying to determine if we her parents can claim her as our dependent
