Thank you so much for helping me out. I wasn't aware that I could just print my statement information and attach it to my 8453. It makes it a lot easier than having to write it all out.
I unfortunately did my efiling with a summary of transactions....so now have to mail this in physically. But now it doesn't seem so bad if I'll I have to do is just print the info.
