If I don't have a 1099-OID, but TurboTax won't let me finish my taxes unless I fill in that page with Payer's Name and dollar amounts, how do I cancel that out?

TurboTax keeps bringing me back to the Original Issue Discount page to fill out.   I have never received a 1099-OID so I'm confused and frustrated.
