Note:
for Box A and Box D,. only wash sale details or other adjustments have to be supplied in detail to IRS.
unfortunately the broker won't put that on a separate sheet for you.
For example, if you have only one wash sale, send in that page of 1099-B report.
if you have no wash sales or other adjustments, no mailing is necessary.
there is no detail exception for the other Boxes.
